The Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology contributes to academic excellence by offering a Master's degree in Toxicology and Drugs and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy/Clinical Pharmacy. The department undertakes essential educational responsibilities, encompassing the field of pharmacology, which focuses on the research, discovery, and characterization of pharmaceutical compounds, their mechanisms of action, and the study of their therapeutic, side, and preventive effects. Additionally, the field of toxicology is dedicated to understanding the harmful and toxic effects of chemical compounds.

The department boasts a distinguished team of faculty members specializing in diverse disciplines, striving to enhance students’ scientific, intellectual, and research capabilities.

We aim to elevate the quality of academic education and its outcomes to fulfill the needs of the labor market and contribute to the nation’s ambitious vision under its wise leadership.
