Preparing and distributing an academic advising handbook to students at the beginning of each semester.
Assigning all college students to academic advisors through the academic system.
Encouraging faculty members to communicate with students via approved communication channels and providing information on advisors' office hours.
Referring students in need to specialized entities, such as psychological or social clinics.
Strengthening mutual relationships between students and faculty members.
Requiring faculty advisors to submit periodic reports on student issues, proposed solutions, and follow-up to ensure proper implementation.

This unit is responsible for reviewing the regulatory framework for student research, setting research priorities, and identifying key research focus areas. It prepares lists of students and divides them according to the regulatory framework, coordinates the scientific research course lectures, supervises its delivery to students, organizes and allocates student research for graduation projects, and monitors the progress of these projects. The unit also coordinates with relevant sectors to establish a mechanism for joint research between the university and external entities and oversees the planning and preparation for the Poster Day presentation at the end of the academic year.
